Roman Wachtel

After several years in top management consulting both with Stern Stewart & Co. and as independent consultant mainly for family owned businesses and private equity clients Roman has founded venturever in 2012. His international work experience in China, Japan, Russia, UAE and several European countries helps him to achieve challenging goals in difficult situations and during tough negotiations.

Upon supporting the exit of a large dental clinic & laboratory to an international PE investor, Roman has founded GPNZ DentalPartner in 2018, a dental service organisation comprising of 24 dental clinics and 700+ employees. As CEO he has led the exit to a multinational asset management fund, additionally ensuring a successful handover of the company's leadership. Since 2024 Roman focuses again on investments into promising ideas with venturever.
